Refund policy

Novelty Gal does not do returns on any items. We do offer exchanges and/or store credit on any item within 14 days of delivery/ purchase date for ONLINE sales. Items to be exchanged must have original tags, no stains, orderless, and be in their original delivery conditions along with proof of purchase. We will only accept exchanges if the item(s) eligible to be sold. No exceptions. Bodysuits/Swimwear are FINAL SALE. All clearance items are FINAL SALEL.
